Prof. Vishwajeet Gaike is the son of Prof. Vinayak Mahadu Gaike. He is mainly recognized for his contribution to society as professor, Career Counsellor, NGO secretary, Content creator (management training sessions and road safety).
Education & Expertise : With a diverse profile Prof. Gaike is also pursuing his Doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) to contribute in areas recruitment and selection with the help of psychological assessments, after completing his Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) in Computers and Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource (H.R.) management with speciality in Organizational behavior (O.B.). He possesses excellent skills in counselling, personality assessment, and career guidance.
Interests : Prof. Gaike loves learning about different kinds of people and discovering new things in the car world. He also enjoys making videos with his camera, capturing cool things he sees around him. His curiosity and passion for exploring these diverse interests help him stay engaged and excited about the world around him.
Contribution : He aspires to work in the educational field and continue the legacy of Mahatma Phule. Prof. Gaike manages the NGO Satyashodhak Mahala Vikas Mandal (@smvm.pune) aimed at promoting education in rural India and empowering women. Additionally, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others, and thus, he has created three YouTube channels – SmartDrive (@smartdrive333), Soneri Vishwa (@sonerivishwa), & Wonder Stars (@wonderstars) which cover knowledge sharing in diverse fields.
