Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 14, Verse 6
Amongst these, sattva guṇa, the mode of goodness, being purer than the others, is illuminating and full of well-being. O sinless one, it binds the soul by creating attachment for a sense of happiness and knowledge.
1. Personal Philosophy and Inspirations
There comes a time in every individual’s journey when giving back becomes not a choice, but a calling. For me, this is that time — to return the love, affection, and countless helping hands that shaped my path. Through seva, I seek to serve society in the best way my abilities allow. I draw unwavering inspiration from Bhagwan Shri Krishn, whose teachings illuminate the path of righteousness (dharma) and sustainable growth. His reminder for Kalyug still guides my actions — to live by daan (charity), satya (truth), and daya (compassion).
Equally, I walk in the footsteps of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, the torchbearer of educational reform and equality. His timeless verse echoes in my conscience:
“विद्येविना मती गेली, मतीविना नीती गेली, नीतीविना गती गेली, गतीविना वित्त गेले, वित्ताविना शूद्र खचले, इतके अनर्थ एका अविद्येने केले.”
These words remind me that ignorance is the root of every downfall — and education, its only cure. My long-term vision is to establish Satyashodhak University — a gurukul-inspired institution built upon ancient Indian wisdom, where knowledge remains sacred and no disciple is ever charged a fee for learning.
Swami Ramdev inspires my practice of yog and the art of balanced living, grounding me in discipline and mindfulness.
I owe immense gratitude to Jim Rohn, whose timeless lessons on personal and career growth have guided my modern learning philosophy.
Among Authors, Napoleon Hill and Dale Carnegie remain my constant companions — as growth begins in thought and blossoms in connection.
2. Current Roles and Leadership
2.1 Assistant Professor, Organizational Behavior & HR – Symbiosis International University, Pune.
As an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis International University, Dr. Vishwajeet Vinayak Gaike brings together academic precision and real-world experience in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. His teaching philosophy revolves around helping management students decode human behavior at work through practical application, self-reflection, and technology-enabled learning. He designs immersive learning experiences that bridge psychology, AI, and management — ensuring students not only understand theory but also develop leadership agility for modern workplaces.
Dr. Gaike has been instrumental in creating the national-level MOOC “AI Tools for Social Science Research,” an innovative course that guides students and researchers to integrate artificial intelligence in data analysis, qualitative research, and publication workflows. This work reflects his belief that technology, when ethically applied, can democratize access to quality education and research.
Alongside teaching, he actively mentors postgraduate students through goal-setting workshops, career readiness sessions, and L&D-oriented projects that enhance employability and critical thinking. His sessions on personality development, workplace attitude, and AI-driven HR practices have empowered numerous learners to align academic learning with industry expectations. At Symbiosis, he continues to shape the next generation of managers — grounded in values, driven by purpose, and equipped for a digital future.
2.2 Secretary, Satyashodhak Mahila Vikas Mandal (satyashodhak.org)
As Secretary of Satyashodhak Mahila Vikas Mandal, I’m privileged to carry forward a four-decade movement for rural education with dignity—where every child is seen, supported, and set up to thrive. From the free school bus that threads seven villages each morning, to ICT classrooms that open digital doors, to Diwali Bhet that lights homes and hopes—these are not just projects; they’re promises kept.
भगवद्गीता 17.20
“दातव्यमिति यद्दानं दीयतेऽनुपकारिणे।
देशे काले च पात्रे च तद्दानं सात्त्विकं स्मृतम्॥”
Give, without expectation, in the right spirit, time, and place—such giving is sattvik.
Our mission is simple and steadfast: no child left behind for want of distance, device, or means. We work with complete transparency, align with Schedule VII (Education), and welcome CSR partnerships that value measurable, humane impact.
How you can empower a student—today
- Fuel the School Bus: keep 150+ tribal children reaching school daily.
- Build the ICT Lab: 60 seats powering digital literacy at Tisgaon Vidyalay.
- Gift a Festival of Learning: Diwali Bhet—education kits, bulbs, essentials.
Your counsel matters as much as your contribution. Share ideas, volunteer expertise, or sponsor a need. Write to ngo@satyashodhak.org—even a single thought, hour, or rupee can bend a child’s future toward possibility.
Thank you for standing with rural learners. Together, we don’t just donate—we deliver futures.
2.3 Founder, Vishwajeet.org – Learning & Development Ecosystem
Dr. Vishwajeet Vinayak Gaike founded Vishwajeet.org with a vision to create a non-profit learning and development ecosystem that nurtures India’s brightest minds through education, mentorship, and career empowerment. Rooted in the spirit of seva (selfless service), the platform offers free guidance, teaching modules, and placement assistance to students and professionals aspiring to build meaningful careers. Each initiative reflects a belief that knowledge becomes powerful only when shared with purpose and compassion.
Vishwajeet.org stands apart for its industry-backed collaborations and expert-driven mentorship, connecting academia with real-world experience. The platform’s flagship programs — such as Placement Pack 2.0 and Vishwapath Career Webinars — have helped hundreds of students enhance their employability, communication, and confidence to face a competitive job market.
Dr. Vishwajeet envisions an India where talent stays, thrives, and contributes to national progress rather than seeking opportunities abroad. By empowering local potential with world-class learning resources, Vishwajeet.org champions a new generation of leaders who will strengthen India’s intellectual and economic foundation. Readers are invited to support this mission — to mentor, collaborate, or simply share the belief that when we invest in young minds, we invest in India’s rise as a global superpower.
2.4 Content Creator & Speaker – SmartDrive India & Soneri Vishwa
SmartDriveIndia.com was initiated by Dr. Vishwajeet Vinayak Gaike to promote automotive literacy, road safety, and responsible driving among Indian car owners and transport professionals. The platform provides detailed reviews, maintenance insights, safety feature explainers, and upgrade guides to help users make informed decisions. Its core mission is to make Indian roads safer through awareness — ensuring that every driver understands their vehicle and the technology behind it.
Soneri Vishwa captures the brighter side of life — blending inspiration, lifestyle, and family experiences. The channel, featuring Princess Shreeshaa as her heartwarming presence, this channel also showcases family travel diaries across Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, and India, along with household hacks, gadget unboxing, and technical tutorials. It reflects Dr. Gaike’s philosophy that learning and joy can coexist — that dreams, when pursued with love and curiosity, create a truly golden world.
3. Projects and Impact
3.1 ICT Lab and Digital Literacy Program at Tisgaon Vidyalay
The ICT Lab initiative at Tisgaon Vidyalay, Khultabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) is a milestone project aimed at bridging the digital divide for rural students. Spearheaded by Dr. Gaike and implemented through Satyashodhak Mahila Vikas Mandal, the project envisions two computer labs of 30 seats each, enabling over 400 students from remote tribal hamlets to gain hands-on digital learning experiences. Designed under Schedule VII (ii) “Promoting Education”, the initiative follows a transparent and accountable model inviting CSR partnerships. The trust acknowledges the consistent guidance of the school’s management, teachers, and local donors whose cooperation has turned vision into reality.
3.2 Free School Bus Project for Tribal Students
Started with compassion and sustained through community goodwill, the Free School Bus Project ensures that children from distant tribal areas never miss their right to education. Each year, the bus safely transports more than 150 students across multiple villages, covering long, rugged routes where no public transport exists. Supported entirely through public donations and CSR collaborations, this project embodies “Education on Wheels”. Dr. Gaike extends heartfelt gratitude to contributors who make this recurring operational challenge possible year after year, enabling children to dream beyond geographical and financial boundaries.
3.3 Diwali Bhet CSR Campaigns with Finolex Cables Ltd.
The annual Diwali Bhet initiative, powered by Finolex Cables Ltd., celebrates the spirit of giving. Each year, students from underprivileged schools receive thoughtful gifts — from educational kits to LED bulbs — encouraging light in both homes and hearts. The 2025 campaign, held at Tisgaon Vidyalay, was not just a distribution drive but an emotional reunion between corporate generosity and grassroots education. Dr. Gaike expresses sincere appreciation to Finolex Cables Ltd. and its CSR leadership for their enduring trust and partnership, which continues to inspire hope among rural learners.

3.4 MOOC Development: “AI Tools for Social Science Research” (SWAYAM)
Under the academic umbrella of Symbiosis International University, Dr. Gaike has developed a national-level MOOC titled “AI Tools for Social Science Research.” The course empowers students and early-career researchers to harness artificial intelligence for data analysis, literature synthesis, and qualitative research workflows — without relying on expensive software. Recognized for its practical approach and Gen Z relevance, the course bridges the gap between traditional research methods and emerging AI technologies, reaffirming Symbiosis’s reputation as a center for innovative learning.
3.5 Vishwapath & Placement Pack 2.0 Initiatives
Through Vishwajeet.org, Dr. Gaike leads two flagship initiatives — Vishwapath, a series of career guidance webinars connecting industry experts with aspiring professionals, and Placement Pack 2.0, a comprehensive toolkit offering resume workshops, LinkedIn optimization, and mock interview training. These programs have reached thousands of students across India, especially from Tier-2 and rural backgrounds, helping them gain confidence and clarity in their career paths. With continuous support from academic peers and industry mentors, both programs exemplify how one educator’s mission can create an ever-expanding circle of opportunity.
